fannipac is a lifestyle brand dedicated to empowering people to live “a life of hands-free adventure.”  With a focus on sustainability and functionality, their products inspire people to get outside, get active, and shop responsibly.

When fannipac first launched, their products generated a wave of excitement. But as the initial buzz faded, revenue stalled, and the brand struggled to maintain momentum. They needed a fresh marketing strategy to:

The Plan

To reignite fannipac’s growth, we focused on influencer marketing, content creation, and organic social to connect with our target audience.

  1. Influencer Marketing
    • We built a thriving program of 35+ influencers spanning nano, micro, and macro levels in lifestyle, fitness, and fashion categories
  2. Content Creation & Social Media
    • The content produced by influencers was repurposed across fannipac’s social media channels, newsletters, and website to ensure consistent branding and maximum reach
  3. Brand Ambassador Program
    • To further amplify fannipac’s presence, we launched a brand ambassador program that encouraged customer participation
    • The program incentivized ambassadors to share user-generated content, participate in giveaways, and unlock exclusive discounts, turning loyal customers into advocates
