Objective

souk + SEPIA’s goals were ambitious but clear:

  • Create a diverse and authentic influencer program

  • Refine paid ad strategies to lower customer acquisition costs (CAC) and cost-per-click (CPC)
  • Build a deeply engaged, multi-platform audience across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest

The ultimate goal: Stop the scroll (on social, their website, or through influencer partnerships) and drive meaningful engagement that translated into real growth.

The Plan

We leaned heavily on influencer marketing and a social-first strategy. Here’s how we turned vision into results:

  1. Influencer Marketing
    • We built a thriving influencer and brand ambassador program with over 85 influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
    • The program ranged from micro to macro influencers with strong connections to souk + SEPIA’s target audience
    • Influencers created authentic UGC (user-generated content) that sparked engagement, and drove traffic to the brand’s website
  2. Social Media
    • We developed a bold, multi-platform social strategy
  3. Paid Media Optimization
    • We refined existing ad campaigns to significantly lower CPC and CAC, focusing on high-intent audiences across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Results

  • MoM Revenue: +333%, surpassing $1M in monthly sales
  • Social Media Growth (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook): +233%
  • CAC, CPC: -85%, -75% (respectively)
